This location is clean & the staff is friendly

Standard Donkin Donuts but so clean inside and out that almost looks new. Friendly and quick, few sittings inside and no outside sittings. I'm not sure if it's 24 hour business. Ample amount of parking and it's very visible from Rahway Ave.

It depends on who's working. Only a few of the employees at this location actually know how to make coffee the way the customers ask for it.

Was told that the donuts come in at 5am it was 9pm really glad I was told the truth but won't be going back.

Terribly slow service. I ordered wake up wrap and trust me it was way too less in quantity compare to other dunkin donuts. Barely a slice of cheese and 1/4th of of the egg. Pathetic service. I prefer to go to Rt. 35 Dunkin because of this sloppy service but today I was in rush and was not taking my usual route. They prove me right over and over again. I live less then half a mile from here and have been going there for three plus years, half of the time they run out of fresh bagels by noon.

The ladies at this location remember their regular customers' orders, and start getting it together before you get to the register. It helps get you on your way faster. I tip them because they deserve it.

My local Dunkin Donuts are the friendliest and nice for years. It's better than others I have been. It has been consistent as well.

I'm not really a fan of DDs but they're convenient, some of the staff is super snobbish and rude! I'm used to being decriminated against but I mean these ladies are also part of a minority group!

This Dunkin' location is one of the best I have ever been to. The customer service is excellent. On a recent visit, one of the ladies accidentally prepared my coffee hot instead of iced. They proceeded to immediately correct the issue and let me keep both drinks. Will definitely return soon!

This was probably the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They had only like 3 types of donuts and it was early afternoon. They made my drinks worng and the coffee was bitter like it had been sitting for the whole day.

Dunkin coffee girls are very attentive friendly and fast. They keep their store clean as they are actively keeping up witg minding their store. I go out if my way to visit this location and pass another one.

Average Dunkin’ Donuts. Food and drink quality are average. Staff have zero personality, They will serve you but act with no emotion, They do not say hello, Or thank you.

So clean! I really appreciate that I can sit and enjoy my coffee. Most DD I pick up and leave. Staff is very nice too. You can tell they take pride in their location.

There was a roach in my iced coffee. So disgusting. Never ever get coffee from here.

My coffee always comes out perfectly but they can never get my food right. Ordered grill cheese with ham this morning, paid extra for the ham. When I got to work there was no ham. Two days ago I'm waiting for my food, the lady after me got hers, she turned around like "did you order something?"

Staff often chat with eachother during the ordering process and then get the order wrong. I have had many drinks made incorrectly, as well as, food.

I ordered 2 bagels with butter. They put sooooo much butter that the whole bagel was saturated in butter and I could not even eat either one. I was on my way to work so I could not go back. Tu

I swear this Dunkin’ Donuts will make your coffee wrong 90% of the time, they act like sugar is more precious than gold, you ask for 2 sugars, you get none, you ask for 5 you get maybe half a teaspoon of sugar. Of all the Dunkins near me why’d I end up with the one that can’t follow directions. Forget about morning app orders as well, 4 times I ordered on the app in the morning, came in to grab my order and the two girls working the am shift are chattering it up with each other and haven’t even started making your order, so obviously after enough times with the same issue in the am I stopped ordering my morning coffee from them, this has to be one of the worse dunkins in NJ. Avoid this one

Lady there cannot make a cup of coffee. I would think this is a requisite skill to work here? No one in this place and it's always a mess. Coffee spilled on the counter sticky mess. No straws.

They made my coffee just the way I wanted it and they served me very quickly I recommend Dunkin Donuts to anyone who likes to eat donuts and coffee of many kinds

I love Dunkins coffee on a cold day it stays hot for at least an hour. Keeps my hands warm.☺

Fresh donuts good coffee

They are always so rude and they got my order wrong not once but twice within one visit. And the manager complained saying to me like it was my fault "why are all your things wrong?" Well clean out your ears and do literally the job you're being paid to do.

My iced coffee tasted bad (totally off) and my donut was stale. The location seemed clean which is the only redeeming quality.
